Trial Before Purchase
Haptix includes a 7-day free trial with full access to the product. You can use the trial to confirm device setup, agent workflows, and fit before you buy.
Purchase Policy
Haptix licenses are one-time purchases. Because the trial is the evaluation period, purchases are generally final.
Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, bought the wrong plan, or hit a duplicate charge, contact us at support@haptix.dev with your purchase email address and the details of the issue. We review billing requests case-by-case.
If a Refund Is Approved
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank and Stripe.
- The associated license key may be deactivated after the refund is completed.
