Trial Before Purchase

Haptix includes a 7-day free trial with full access to the product. You can use the trial to confirm device setup, agent workflows, and fit before you buy.

One-Time Purchases

The Standard and Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases. Because the 7-day trial is the evaluation period, one-time purchases are generally final.

Monthly Subscription

The Monthly plan is a recurring subscription. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — your access continues through the end of the current paid period, and you won't be charged again. We don't issue partial-month refunds for time already elapsed.

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, bought the wrong plan, or hit a duplicate charge, contact us at support@haptix.dev with your purchase email address and the details of the issue. We review billing requests case-by-case.

If a Refund Is Approved

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank and Stripe.
  • The associated license key may be deactivated after the refund is completed.
